Make Good Decisions for Your Body

Being a woman isn’t always easy. True, when you look good and have a great bod, people will throw you some appreciative glances (and you even get away with some things), but that doesn’t mean you don’t have problems.

Financial problems come and go, and you have to deal with these as a grown up. Emotional problems need some time to heal, but through it you need to find a way to retain some happiness in your life.

What about physical problems? Hitting the gym would be nice to tone your stomach and arms. That ought to make you look pretty.

Is that it? Is that all you need to be concerned about?

Take a look at your body.

No matter what your age is, you need to be really careful with your body because that’s the only one you’ve got. You have to think first before doing anything. Chances are if what you’re doing is illogical, it’s got to be wrong. Here are some scenarios you should ponder about:

  1. You just got out of the pool and you don’t know if you should change clothes immediately. Aside from the obvious that you can catch sickness from wearing wet clothes, your hygiene is also at risk. Wearing wet or damp clothes could lead to yeast infection, and believe me, once you feel how itchy that can be, you will surely want to change to clean clothes all the time. Why wait for that to happen?
  2. You’re deciding on whether to wear white pants when you’re on your period. Sure, those white pants show off your figure, but is it wise to wear them on such a day? You’ll have plenty of other chances to wear those pants, so skip them and choose darker colored ones for now. Just think of how hard it will be to remove the stains on those. You can never be too careful.
  3. You don’t know if cutting your frizzy hair will make you look fat. More importantly, have you never considered how the hair would look when it’s cut short? It could ruin your face altogether, plus shorter hair tends to make it more frizzy. You should have your hair conditioned or treated to tame the locks before cutting it short to avoid bad hair days happening basically every day.

You don’t have to deal with so many problems if you are wise in your decisions. Would you rather have a short, frizzy hair, stained white pants, and candida infection if you could live a life without all these things by taking the time to consider your actions? Didn’t think so.
